T2 deoxygenated copper surface cooler (cooling coil)

Our company generally uses high-quality T2 deoxidized copper tubes produced by Shandong Zhongjia/Shanghai Flywheel Unit. Quality assurance.

a. The cooling coil should be made of T2 deoxygenated copper U-shaped tubes with a diameter of 19mm and a delta of 1mm. The water flow direction on the water side of each heat exchange tube should form a reverse flow of air and water with the direction of air flow outside the tube.

b. The support frame of the cooling coil should be welded with SS304L stainless steel angle iron, and its processing and welding process should meet the requirements of relevant national metal processing and welding standards. The surface cleaning and coating of the support frame are the same as those of the cooling tower frame.

c. The interface of the inlet and outlet pipes of the cooling coil should be connected with flanges.

d. Each group of heat exchange tubes should undergo pre inspection and pressure testing before assembly. After the cooling coil is assembled, a 1.6Mpa air pressure test should be conducted in water. After the entire tower is formed, a 1.2Mpa water pressure maintenance test should be conducted to ensure no leakage.
