3. The fan blades should be adjusted before installation and use to maintain consistent angles. The method is to mark the front and rear edges of each blade at a distance of 150 millimeters near the inter leaf space, and then measure the distance between the front and rear edges of each blade using the lower chord of the support to calculate the height difference between the front and rear edges of each blade. By adjusting the height difference several times to achieve consistency, it is considered qualified.

4. After connecting the motor, the junction box should be sealed, and attention should be paid to ensuring that the current test value does not exceed the motor's rated current.

5. When starting the cooling tower, be sure to start the water pump first and then turn on the fan. It is not allowed to operate the fan without pouring water. The fan can be turned in reverse at low speed for a short period of time to remove ice.

6. The reducer should be lubricated with 50 # anti-wear gear oil or engine oil before use. The oil should be replaced after 100-300 hours of initial operation and every 3000-5000 hours thereafter. The oil level should be moderate, and the oil gauge should be easy to observe.
