The circular counter-flow FRP cooling tower is to reduce the water temperature by using the automatic rotating water distribution mode, the heat conduction of dry air and the evaporation of circulating cooling water to take away the latent heat of gasification. Circulating cooling water with a certain pressure enters the cooling tower through the water inlet pipe, and is atomized into mist steam with a diameter of 0.11mm under the action of swirl injection of the atomizer, and the reverse thrust generated by the injection drives the automatic rotating device to rotate, so that the atomized water fills the whole tower. The axial fan installed at the top of the tower rotates, which forcibly sucks the cold and dry air from the surrounding environment into the cooling tower through the air inlet window for mass transfer and heat transfer with circulating cooling water. The atomized water jet from the atomizer has a fast flow speed, and has the functions of entrainment and entrainment, so that a certain negative pressure is generated around the atomizer, which increases the exhaust volume and intake air speed of the cooling tower from the surrounding environment, and at the same time drives the bottom air to flow upwards, so that the cold and dry air can be mixed and contacted with the water mist more fully (the gas-water ratio can reach about 1.3), and the particles of the atomized water stream are further refined, and the diameter can be reduced to 0.012mm, so that the mist flows after the gas and water are fully mixed.
 
Circulating cooling water has three processes: rising, suspending and falling in the cooling tower. At the same time, there are two processes of downstream cooling and countercurrent cooling, so the contact time with cold and dry air is longer and more sufficient, and more heat is taken away. At the same time, due to the cancellation of packing, the phenomenon of air resistance does not exist, which reduces the power of the motor driving the fan to rotate, and achieves the effects of reducing operating costs and improving the temperature difference between inlet and outlet water. In addition, the contact area of atomized water and air far exceeds that of packed cooling tower. Based on these points, the atomization cooling tower has higher heat exchange efficiency, smaller motor power fan model and more obvious energy saving effect.
 
1. FRP chassis and shell
