A cooling tower is a type of cooling equipment, also known as a heat treatment mechanism. Those familiar with cooling towers know that their working principle is to use the industrial cooling water in the tower to absorb the waste heat generated in the industrial production process. After coming into contact with the atmosphere, this heat is dissipated into the air, achieving the goal of reducing the temperature of the cooling water.

Moreover, during the operation of the cooling tower, there are two hot and cold fluids present and mixed in contact inside the tower, and there will be a certain temperature difference between the two. With the help of the temperature difference, when the cooled object comes into contact with the cooling water, the water will evaporate into the air, and it will also have a cooling effect on itself. But how do we measure this cooling effect?

The most effective way to measure cooling is generally to observe the temperature difference generated by the cooling tower when entering and leaving the tower, which also provides important basis for the selection of cooling towers. For civilian cooling towers, the standard tower type is designed with an inlet water temperature of 37 degrees and a slightly lower outlet water temperature of 32 degrees, resulting in a temperature difference of 5 degrees between the two; For industrial cooling towers, the design conditions are generally divided into several levels, including 32 to 40 degrees, 33 to 43 degrees, 45 to 65 degrees, etc. Therefore, the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the tower is generally between 8 and 20 degrees.  

In order to meet the cooling effect of different users during production, the cooling system should maintain the smoothness of various pipeline processes during operation, and there should be no blockage. If there is any blockage, it must be cleaned up in a timely manner to avoid affecting the entire process.
